Unnanu provides recruiting and hiring services (collectively, the “Recruitment Services”) through its cloud-based platform, which includes its AI and weighted keyword search technology (collectively, the “Unnanu Platform”) for (a) individuals who are seeking employment and/or contractor opportunities (“Prospective Employee” or “you”) and (b) companies or individuals that are interested in hiring Prospective Employees (“Employer” or “you”).
Please note that by visiting or using https://uat-hire.unnanu.com, https://uat.unnanu.com, https://uat.talent.unnanu.com and https://uat.jobs.unnanu.com and any other website associated with the Recruitment Services (the “Sites”), the desktop and mobile applications (the “Applications”) and the various related services, features, functions, software, applications, websites and networks associated with the Recruitment Services (together with the Unnanu Platform, the Sites, the Applications, collectively, the “Unnanu Services”), you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. This privacy policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service that govern your use of the Recruitment Services and the other Unnanu Services (the “Terms”).
This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you access or use the Recruitment Services, the Sites, the Applications, the Unnanu Platform, the other Unnanu Services, or any of the other features, functions, services and products and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

Minors under the Age of 18
None of the Unnanu Services are intended for minors under 18 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information on or through the Recruitment Services, the Sites, the Applications, or the other Unnanu Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on or through any of the Unnanu Services or any of its features or register on the Sites, use any of the interactive or public comment features of any of the Unnanu Services or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name, user name you may use or any pictures of you. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. You may now or in the future provide pictures, audio and video recordings, text, data, information, and other input or any other content linked, posted, and/or submitted by you or other users to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on or through the Recruitment Services or the other Unnanu Services or transmitted to third parties or other users of, the Recruitment Services or any of the other Unnanu Services (collectively, “User Content”). Your User Content is posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users of the Recruitment Services, the Sites, the Applications, or the other Unnanu Services, with whom your User Content is shared. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Content will not be viewed, downloaded, or shared by unauthorized persons.
The Recruitment Services uses Zoom for video conferencing for interviews. Unnanu does not have any access to these video conferences or any recording of any such conferences and does not collect any information from any such conferences.
Employers and employees can upload and share agreements electronic documents and files (collectively, the “Shared Documents”) through the Recruitment Services. Unnanu will not access any Shared Documents at any time unless requested to do so by either the employer or employee or required by law or court order. Any information in a Shared Document to which Unnanu has access will only be used in connection with the purpose for which Unnanu accessed such Shared Document.
We take every reasonable step to limit the volume of your personal information that we process to what is reasonably necessary.
We do not use automated decision-making without human intervention, including profiling, in a way that produces legal effects concerning you or otherwise significantly affects you.
If you do not provide certain personal information identified in this policy, we may not be able to provide you access or use of certain of the Recruitment Services or the support that we otherwise could if you do provide this personal information.

Do Not Track Policy

We may use or partner with other third-party companies, agents, or contractors for various purposes in connection with our business and operations (“Service Providers”), including, billing and payments, background checks, HR services, payroll, invoicing and payment processing, support, relationship building, the marketing and growth of our business and the performance of services on our behalf, such as gathering and analyzing information and the provision of services to you. In the course of performing these responsibilities and providing such services, these other companies may have access to your information. We may also share information, including your information, with these Services Providers to enable them to perform these responsibilities and to provide these services. The Service Providers may also transmit cookies to your computer or device when you click on ads that appear on or through the Service. Using your Social Media Details to Sign in to the Recruitment Services
When you sign in to the Recruitment Services using your Facebook account, you permit Facebook to share with us your name and profile picture. Unless you opt-out, you also permit Facebook to share with us your email address (if there is one associated with your Facebook account), name, profile picture, and current town/city.
We will then use this personal information to form your account. If you remove the Recruitment Services from your Facebook settings, we will no longer have access to this data. However, we will still have the personal information that we received when you first set up your account using your Facebook ID.
Google Ads
The Sites use Google Ads to advertise on third-party websites to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to inquire. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page or a site in the Google Display Network Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Sites. Of course, any data collected will be used per this privacy policy, as well as Google’s privacy policy.
Google Analytics
We use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about the use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they use before coming to the Site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to improve the Recruitment Services, the Sites, the Applications, the Unnanu Platform, and the other Unnanu Services and their related features, functionality, and performance. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this Site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information that has not been anonymized and/or aggregated. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit one of the Sites, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to the Site by disabling cookies on your browser.

Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of the Sites who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. How Long We Store Your Personal Information
We will retain your personal information, in a form that permits us to identify you, until you deactivate your account through your profile or request that we delete your personal information. Once you deactivate your account, your profile and other information will be deleted, and you will need to create a new account if you want to access and use the Recruitment Services again.
Information Security
We understand that the security of your personal information is important. We provide reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls to protect your personal information. However, despite our efforts, no security controls are 100% effective. We also use a third-party cloud service provider and have no control over the technical and security measures that it uses. Unnanu cannot ensure or warrant the security of your personal information. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Sites or through the Applications.
The safety and security of your information also depend on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to and use of certain parts of the Recruitment Services, the Sites, the Applications, and/or the other Unnanu Services, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of any of the Unnanu Services. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any other user of Unnanu Services.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the home pages of the Sites for at least 30 days. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information that are materially less protective than provided in this policy, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you by e-mail to the e-mail address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the home pages of the Sites and to attempt to get your consent to the changes.
